    Raw materials

    Meat from farms, premium-grade flour. Every batch is checked against its documents on arrival.

    Production

    Eight shops under one roof. Manti, samsa, pelmeni and chuchvara are shaped by hand — every shift works to the same recipe.

    Freezing

    Products go into the freezer straight after shaping, with no interim storage.

    Packing and shipping

    Branded packaging with the Halal mark, labelling and shipping from the factory warehouse.

What is inside the product

A short ingredient list is not a promise but a result of the process: products go into the freezer straight after shaping, so shelf life comes from cold, not additives.

  • Ingredients

    The published ingredient lists contain premium-grade flour, meat, onion, egg, salt and spices. No preservatives, no colourings, no flavour enhancers. Ingredients and nutritional values are added to the catalogue cards as laboratory data becomes available, and a specification for any item is sent on request.

  • Safety

    Products are declared under TR CU 021/2011 “On food safety” and labelled under TR CU 022/2011. The basis is test reports from the Bishkek Centre for Testing, Certification and Metrology (accredited to ISO/IEC 17025). We produce to standard STO 02-28628674-2024.
